Ambassador Hon. Yvonne E. Gamble will be the KEYNOTE Speaker for the Graduation of  "The Federation of International Gender and Human Rights Commencement of Certified Sexual and Gender Based Violence Instructors" April 2022 Graduating Class.

Her KEYNOTE ADDRESS will ask the Graduates of the “Sexual and Gender Based Violence Instructors” April 5, 2022 class to open their third eye and change their mindset as they go forth into their respective localities, states, provinces and countries. 

Ambassador Gamble will put before the Graduating Class 2 questions, the World Bank financial action plan and a template to develop their MoonShot Plans to irridicate Sexual and Gender Based Violence.
